What roast level are your coffees?
All AMO coffees are roasted light, to highlight the natural expression of each coffees variety and origin.
Are these coffees flavored?
No, the names of the coffees are general profiles of what we think the coffee tastes like naturally, either through traditional processing or experimental fermentation.
Do you offer Decaf?
Not yet… But stay tuned!
Can you grind my coffee for me?
Unfortunately, no, all AMO coffees are whole bean coffee to ensure the freshest cup when brewed in your home.
When will my order be roasted?
We roast every week before shipping orders. If your order falls after Tuesday it will be roasted and shipped the following week.
When is the best by date?
Although our coffees can be enjoyed right away, we find our coffees taste BEST between 3-6 weeks off roast. The reason being, light-roasted coffee takes longer to de-gas, so as it rests, flavors become more clear and matured. However… if you forgot you had a bag in the cupboard, don't worry, they are still safe consume, and maintain most of its flavor up to 6 months from roast.
