Established in June 2022 as processing facility, Los Patios is more than just a hub— it’s a testament to the commitment to the entire coffee supply chain.
Collaborating with local producers and implementing strategic initiatives, Los Patios has become a beacon of innovation.
With the Research & Development Team stationed since April 2023, Los Patios has been pivotal in crafting groundbreaking processes like this one. Under the leadership of Juliana Serna and Alberto Gutierrez, this project focuses on enhancing cupping scores and creating unique profiles, using a proprietary fruit concentrate to complement traditional coffee flavors and being able to replicate them.
